Tom is a long term contact of the team and brings a deep understanding of the use of AI and developing algorithms to the project.   Tom has been an academic in the tech space for many years and brings much to the team in terms of his knowledge base.

Silviu works full time as a CTO to Space Powered DeepTech Companies and also bring significant expertise in the form of AI, Cognition, Machine Learning Strategic Planning and Full Stack Development.  

Silviu is founder in the Optimal Cities project, a Space organisation using satellite imagery to make cities better places to work and live by leveraging satellites and geo-intelligence. Optimal Cities analyses and diagnoses cities and monitors the effects of plans and designs on the future health of its citizens and environment.

Silviu is also a qualified architect with a specialism in designing structures for extreme conditions and is part of the advisory team designing buildings for the Moon and Mars colonies.

Prof Hane Aung brings much in the way of knowledge of AI design to the team from working as a senior academic in several well known universities including Cornell University, Liverpool John Moores University, University College London and currently the University of East Anglia. Prof Aung also has extensive knowledge of working in the private sector with his own start ups and advising on other projects including EmergeIQ, HealthRythmns and his own start up Groovsense. Hane not only brings much to the table in his knowledge of AI and tech but also has his own experience in fundraising for his projects and the business of tech start ups.

Prof Russomano is the Co-founder and CEO of InnovaSpace, she holds an MSc in Aerospace Medicine and a PhD in Space Physiology including a number of patents related to Space Technology and medicine. Prof. Russomano has been assisting the team in charting its path to working in the Space industry but also closely engaging in work to offer STEM education activities and workshops to young people in partnership with Pan Galactic Developments Ltd. Prof. Thais Russomano graduated in medicine from the Federal University of Pelotas, Brazil (1985), working in internal & emergency medicine until 2005. She has an MSc in Aerospace Medicine - Wright State University, USA (1991), and PhD in Space Physiology - King's College London (1998). For 3 years she was a Space Scientist at the Institute of Aerospace Medicine, German Aerospace Centre (DLR) in Cologne, Germany, before founding/coordinating the Microgravity Centre, PUCRS, Brazil, for 18 years. Thais has been linked to King's College London in different academic positions since 1994, having acted at CHAPS, Faculty of Life Sciences & Medicine, King’s College London, as Deputy Course Director/Senior Lecturer of the Space Physiology & Health MSc degree course (2009-2020). She is currently a visiting professor at Aalto University, Finland in Space & Design; Deggendorf Institute of Technology, European Campus, Germany, at the MSc in Medical Informatics; UFCSPA in Porto Alegre, Brazil, in Human Physiology in Extreme Environments & Digital Health; Carol Davila University of Medicine & Pharmacy, Bucharest, Romania in Space Medicine; and Faculty of Medicine, University of Lisbon in Space Physiology & Aviation Medicine (CEMA). She is Co-founder/CEO of InnovaSpace Ltd, UK. Thais has 30+ years of experience teaching and researching in the fields of Aerospace Medicine, Space Physiology, Aerospace Biomedicine, Aerospace Biomedical Engineering and TeleHealth & Digital Health, including participation in 200+ scientific events with 300+ scientific papers presented. She has authored books, chapters and numerous papers in her areas of expertise. Thais is an Elected Academician of the International Academy of Aviation and Space Medicine (IAASM), and International Academy of Astronautics (IAA), for which she serves on the Board of Trustees (2019-2023) and IAA Committees (2012-2023). She is also a member of international associations/societies in space, aviation and telehealth (ISfTeH), Board Member of companies, reviewer for journals, Review Editor at Frontiers in Space Technologies, and further holds patents related to Space Life Sciences and Aerospace Biomedical Engineering. Thais was a voluntary Mentor for Space4Women, a United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA, 2020-2021) initiative. She participated in two ESA parabolic flight campaigns (2000 & 2006), is a member of ESA Topical Teams and participates in NASA funded projects. In 2021, through InnovaSpace and in partnership with a pharmaceutical company, she participated in research at the ISS (Kibo module).

Phil Benson is a specialist in championing tech and concept of social enterprise as mission critical tools and solutions for numerous societal challenges.Starting with a business background in F&B, Co-Founded Xing Smoothies, a smoothie, juice and health food retail concept in 2006, after graduating from University of Hull, UK & NC Wilmington, USA . This venture is now franchised into educational institutions across the UK.Phil has subsequently gone on to start and grow a number of businesses within F&B, events & entertainment, cultural, education, and the tech/digital space in addition to being a Co-founder in the UK Black Tech Organisation.Phil has served on a number of boards in the private, public and charitable sector. He. believe's in the mantra that every 'traditional' business is a digital business, and should be incorporating tech as a mission critical tool to evolve, solve problems and innovate.Phil is working closely with the Pan Galactic Team as an early supporter and advising on a range of matters.

Arun Nadarasa is a clinical pharmacist with experience working on Space related Pharmacy projects including establishing the Space Social Prescribing Association. Amongst his many achievements in the world of Pharmacy Arun is also a published author and a pioneer of Social Prescribing as a practice. Arun has a long standing history in the world of Web3 and blockchain technologies with an impressive history of working on different metaverse platforms including being Chief Metaverse officer of the KrumpVerse project and a founder of Web3 Pharma.

Current work includes working on buildspace and to bring the world of medical consulting to more people through spatial computing and AR.

Arun is an evangelist for using new technologies to improve current processes with relationships across the Space, Web3 and medical sectors and expertise in AI, AR, NFTs, DAOs, Metaverse projects and other areas of tech.

Felix is a co-founder of the next generation social media application using blockchain Republik. Felix is an experienced project manager and business professional in a number of different fields related to tech, events and culture. Republik is a project incubated by Binance Labs with partnerships with other centralised exchanges including Huobi and OKX and has a successful content driven social media application which uses decentralised assets and tokenisation to create new democratic economies for content creators and participants within the Republik eco-system.

Felix has been a sounding board and advisor to the team since Pan Galactic's inception and advises on the specific nuances of working on blockchain projects in the context of incubators, accelerators and tokenisation.
